I certify under penalty of perjury that no appearance has been served upon me; or one admissible entered by the said Defendant in above entitled case; or any materially pertinent pleading filed with this Court or otherwise served upon me or any Plaintiffs by a real party in interest; I rely on the provisions Fed. Rules of Civ. Proc. 11(b)(c)(1)(B), 12(f), 17(a) and L.R. 1.3; the time for filing has expired; that the Defendant is neither an infant nor an incompetent person. The Clerk is requested to enter Default against said Defendant.
