Instructions for Score A Program Portal Activation / Top-up SAP PORTAL ACTIVATION 1. Logon on to www.ScoreA.com and you will see the web page as shown below.

2. Click on the link [Portal Activation] and you will see the form as shown below. There are 3 steps in setting up your SAP Portal. (1) Fill up the portal activation screen form. (2) Print the portal activation confirmation. (3) Top-up your new SAP portal.

Type in the Distributor ID (Kenshido distributor/KOffice UserName), Serial No and Activation Code. Key in your particulars in the section Parent Details. The item indicated with an asterisk (*) MUST be filled in. The Distributor ID MUST be correct to proceed with the activation. © 2005 Copyright Kenshido International Sdn Bhd

Instructions for Score A Program Portal Activation / Top-up 3. Scroll down and key in your child’s particulars in the section Dependent Details. IDs and passwords must be more than 5 characters long (alphanumeric). When you are done with this page, click [Submit].

4. If the Serial No or the Activation Codes are not correct, you will be prompted on the form. If the Ids you have chosen are used by other users in our system, you will need to specify other IDs. You should then click [Back] to correct the problem. If all the details entered are ok, you will see the form as shown below. Click [Print] to print out the form for your reference.

Notice: Your portal is not useable until you add value to it by topping up. Click the [Top-up Now] button.

Instructions for Score A Program Portal Activation / Top-up SAP PORTAL TOP-UP 8. Next you will need to top-up our portal before you can use it. If you are just topping up after your portal has expired, you should go to the Main page, click Portal Topup. You will see the web page as shown below. You will need your Top-up Code to top you portal. 9. Fill up the details as required and click [Submit]. You must provide your parent password that you specified during portal top-up. You will see message highlighted in yellow. Please note down the expiry date for your reference.

ADD DEPENDENT TO YOUR SAP PORTAL 10. Should you find the need to add another child into your portal, you will need to get another activation / top-up code. To add another child, at the main web page, click [Add Dependent]. 11. Fill in the details CORRECTLY. Use the Serial No from the Add Dependent slip together with the Activation Code. The Dependent ID must not be too simple. See the screen below for a good example.

Note the message highlighted in yellow as confirmation that the dependent is added successfully.
