Team: THE MAVERICKS Title: LET ME FLY Invitational: Short Film ABSTRACT Life always bestows us with questions. Questions related to our past, present and the future. This fast moving world along with the burgeoning pressure, forces us to follow the path of the wind without offering any resistance. Our voice seems to be suppressed in the noise of the circumstances. Our story “Let me Fly” portrays a scenario prevalent these days where a child is forced to study something he does not like. He fares badly in his academics due to which his mother constantly nags him. His father, a scientist, sees the stress and confusion the child is going through and develops a machine that scans the brain of the child and suggests the possible field of study suitable to him. Child pays heed to his advice and goes on to become one of the greatest luminaries in that field. He is bestowed with the prestigious Young Achiever’s Award.
