Through process of operation, we have refined abundant experience in both the trading of garment products in particular and in the field of distribution of consumer products in general. BMX JSC., has many partners locating in big cities and towns over the country as well as the system of retail shops in Hanoi.

As the combination of being well conversant with the retail market and the dynamic and professional way in operation, we guarantee to give to the consumer the high quality products which are manufactured by good reputation firms and guarantee to meet all required safety criterion for the consumption. “The trust from the manufacturer and the satisfaction from the customer” is the permanent slogan which BMX has done all the best to reach to. Recently, we disclose that the new demand in consumer products for children is expanded daily to along with the quick grow of the economy of Vietnam. While the income of Vietnamese people increase year by year rapidly, the market of baby products in particular and consumer product for children in general have great chance to soar. In order to catch the chance, we have expedited a new strategic business on products for children. Beside other line of business, in recent years, we become a distributor of many baby products from Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam. Our targeted custumers are middle and higher income persons who now have great demand of purchasing. The goods which are provided by us are safety and good quality products. Then, we always choose the manufacturer and suppliers who has some well know brand and “real” competitive capacity. c. 5. Distribution channels of BMX Now, we have over 50 wholesales buyers in biggest cities of Vietnam such as Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Nghệ An, Hồ Chí Minh city, Đồng Tháp, Cần Thơ…

6. Organization of business actities: Name of responsibility: vice director in charge in business, submit the report to Director and BOD. A/ Back office: with function of assisting and support for the sales, this office includes following teams: - Marketing team: has responsible in constructing and implementing marketing strategies and plans; conducting advertisement and promotion program; organizing customer meetings. - Customer team: has responsible to take care to the customers; regular contact to customers to detect their need and requirements; response to authorized section in order to adjust product and service to maximize the satisfaction for each customer. -

Technical team: With thorough understanding about the role of Information Technology in

the time of E-economy, BMX always applies last technologies to exploit the Internet as well as the utilities of IT on the business activities. We develop varied forms of E-commerce which are suitable with Vietnam as selling via website, receiving order via email, telephone; providing the information about products and expert advices through our website and forums ... B/ Front office: with the function of direct selling, it includes wholesale channel and retail selling system. Sales staff are trained about professional skills of selling and provided updated information about the market two times each month. Each sales staff has also the task of collecting information for the database about the market of BMX that is useful for conducting the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the market movement and giving the forecast on market trend and consumer’s demand. Such information and forecast are useful no only for our plan on product range and inventory but also for the manufacturers to adjust the manufacture plan on their products.
