B. Tech. Project: "MPEG-7 and Person Identification in Real-time Video" It involves development of audio and video descriptors using MPEG-7 standards and using the same to identify a person in a surveillance video. (2007-08)

User Authentication Using Palm-prints: Guide: Prof. M. Hanmandlu, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Delhi It involved implementing an algorithm for palm line detection from gray scale scanned images of user palm, and then implementing palm-print matching for user authentication. (May ’06 to July ’06) First prize for the autonomous ‘Object Tracer’ vehicle which searched for a specified colour objects, in annual festival of Hobbies Club, IIT Roorkee. The project was made using Image Processing tools in MATLAB. (2005-2006)
