Permission Slip Write a letter home asking permission to go. This needs to be checked by me first. You need to include the following topics… - Time and date of visit - Location of visit - How you will get there? (Transportation to/from the location) - Saps (Safety Action Plans) You will also inform them that once you have full approval that your parents / caregivers will see your organisational planning 4. See your teacher with the following - Permission slips - Letter home - Timeframe of trip - Safety Action Plan 5. Mr Hunter - You will need to show the planning to Mr Hunter. He will grant approval if you are organised / articulate and know exactly what it is you are doing. 6. Final Note Home - This will inform your parents that you have approval and they will view all the details and sign it.
