The Minor Prophets and their Message
Hosea Joel Amos Obadiah Jonah Micah Nahum Habakkuk Zephaniah Haggai Zechariah Malachi
The Lord loves Israel despite 755-15 B.C. her sin. Judgment precedes Israel’s 835-796* B.C. future spiritual revival. God is just and must judge 765-50 B.C. sin. Sure retribution must 848* B.C. overtake merciless pride. Divine grace is universal in its 780-50 B.C. sweep. Bethlehem-born Messiah will 740-690 B.C. be mankind’s Deliverer. Doom is to descend on 630-12 B.C. wicked Nineveh. Justification by faith is God’s 625 B.C. or earlier way of salvation. The Day of the Lord must 625-10 B.C. precede kingdom blessing. The Lord’s Temple and 520 B.C. interests deserve top priority. The Lord will remember His 520-15 B.C.; Ch. 9-14 people Israel. after 500 B.C. Let the wicked be warned by 433-400 B.C. the certainty of judgment.
