Instructions for calculating the Sixth Pay arrears 1. Set the Macro Security in Ms-Excel to Low once only Tools Macros Security Click

Low (recommended)

Click Ok 2. Save and Exit the file. Reopen the file again.

3. Enter the Information from G10 to G16 and check your Basic Pay on January 2006 i.e. M14 4. If there is no Promotion / Cadre Review from January 2006 to till month press the "NO PROMOTION" button to clear the information from G21 to G23 5. In case of Promotion / Cadre Review i.e. after January 2006 enter the information from G21 TO G23. 6. Select the Month and Year of Promotion in F26 and press the "Calculate Arrear" button. In case of No promotion Select "NO PROMOTION" in F26 and press "Calculate Arrear" button.

7. The Print Sheet buttons prints this sheet to your default printer. 8. Select Your New H.R.A., C.l.A. & Transport Allowance From 1st April-2009 as par New G.R. witch is you applicable as par your New Pay Band & Grade Pay.[ G14 to G16 & I14 to I16]

9. There is two (2) type rate of Increment in old Pay Scale S-1 to S-5,then when change rate of increment in this scale then next detail enter in promotion option for same scale and calculate either change basic pay manually. And save file with employee name and get all printout.

- : Office Order : (1) In pursuance of the provision contained in Gujarat Civil Services ( Revision of pay ) Rules, 2009 and other order issued by the Government in this behalf, the initial pay of Shri/Smt./Kum/ Shri/Smt. SHAIKH A.F. SR.CLERK is fixed at Rs. 11520.00 per Month w.e.f. 01-01-2006 in the pay band PB1 (5200-20200) and pay band Rs. 2400.00 (2)
