Sir,

Sir,

I am regular subscriber of your magazine TNTThe Northeast Today from Tura. For your information, I have gone through all the 12 issues of TNT in last one year and all were better than the other. This letter I am writing basically to you for your Anniversary Special. Hope it will be worth reading and preserving. All the luck.

Your July supplement on Lyrics & The Band with 3 Doors Down, Colbie Caillat, Beyonce, David Cook, Nickleback, Brides of Destruction, Faith Hill, etc. was really good. Each Lyric is better than the other, we at college are practising few of these lyrics for our college annual function, scheduled to be held in September.

Yours etc…. Benson Marak Tura

 The page on objects of desire in your magazine last month has made it more useful.‘Waterless washing machine concept’ as you say will come into the market next year, I feel will solve the problems in many homes. With this machine hitting the market, water scarcity problem may solve upto certain extent and hope house-wives will sought less from the PHE department in the country.

Letter from the past in TNT speaks volumes. They really take you to the past or to the age it speaks about. Letter of Leonardo Da Vinci where he is asking for a job from the Duke of Milan is an interesting one. The entire letter was speaking about things here and there; somewhere at the last part of the long letter he asked what he wanted. Yours etc.. Sunita Chhetri On the whole this letter made an interesting reading. Sikkim Yours etc… L.T. Singh Manipur

Sir,

Sir,

A year has passed, congratulations to the TNT team. You all have done a commendable job. A suggestion, if possible please include horoscope and give a token to the best letter published in you magazine. I feel this way TNT will gain more popularity. Hope my suggestion will be considered.

Your cover story, ‘Who Treads our Jungles?’ in your July issue is quite adventurous. Reading this story you get both thrilled and frightened. We can come to the conclusion that this mammal survived, but it is difficult to say that it was really sighted in the recent past, if it was, then it is there. The various clues like footprints, scratches on trees, the DNA evidence has forced us to believe that this mammal survived and it is there on Earth, though their population might be meagre.

Sir,

Sir,

The opinion page by the Editor (Maharaja of Tripura) was very informative. The problems you have highlighted in this issue are very relevant, as I feel the next wars will be fought on economic Sir, front and here China is a bigger threat than Pakistan, and here I believe America can play a bigger role. Your opinion column is The page on Creepy Facts About 9 – 11 in your July’08 is- very different from other publications, as you add a touch of dry sue, I think the facts were supplied by Paul Lyngdoh popu- humour in your writing.Kudos to TNT.
