WHEREAS, Bids and Awards Committee agreed to organize a meeting regarding the expenses of the meals and snacks during the conduct of the Moving Up and Recognition Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony on April 1, 2019; WHEREAS, Bids and Awards Committee agreed that the budget amount for the expenses of the meals and snacks during the conduct of the Moving Up and Recognition Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony on April 1, 2019 will be Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (Php 12,385.00) only; WHEREAS, Bids and Awards Committee agreed the meals and snacks during the conduct of the Moving Up and Recognition Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony on April 1, 2019 will be catered by GUIAN’S FOOD HOUSE located at Baroy, Lanao del Norte; WHEREAS, the catering of the meals and snacks is badly needed during the conduct of the Moving Up and Recognition Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony on April 1, 2019; NOW THEREOF, WE, the members of the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE, hereby agreed to recommend that the only mode of procurement is through CATERING. RESOLVED, at the OFFICE of the BAC Chairman. this 28th day March, 2019.
