NAME:

Preparation for 2007 2nd Quarter Planning March 15, 2007 1. Huddles: What would you change to improve? (time, format, leadership, content, attendees, location)

2. General Communication: a) Do you feel uninformed about something? What could be better communicated? b) Do you have the opportunity to communicate, raise issues/roadblocks and inform others when needed?

3. Sales: Growing our Division will require increased sales/marketing effort. Are you involved in the sales process? Should you be? How could you be more involved?

4. Project Schedules: Do you know what you will be working on over the next month? Are you aware of key milestones for your projects? How do we better manage this process? better inform staff?

5. Recognize Excellence: Do you feel appreciated (are you recognized) when you put in that extra effort? What has someone done that made you feel appreciated? How can we improve the recognition for hard work and excellence?

6. Growth: a) What are your ideas of how we can grow as a Division? (Projects? Markets? Clients? Location?) b) Do you believe our growth as a corporation and division will provide you opportunity?

7. Career Development: Have you had a chance to discuss your career path and career goals with your supervisor? Have you identified the professional development required to obtain those goals? Do you think you’ll have the opportunity to obtain your career goals working for Kimball? Have your training opportunities improved over the last year?
