The meeting lacked a quorum of Commissioners who could vote on the minutes. Legal Update No Legal Update. Old Business OARP – Charles Latini was in the process of updating the plan for the final presentation to the Ewing Township Planning Board. Director Tyrone Garrett was asked to contact the business community to ensure that they were aware of the July 2, 2009 meeting Resolution 6-01-09 Approval of the List of Bills for the Month of June 2009 These bills included April 2009 invoices from Heyer Gruel, Markowitz Gravelle, and Tyrone Garrett, totaling $4.014.25.
