Teach For America saw dramatic improvements in their recruitment efforts after implementing Sage SalesLogix. They have now standardized their recruitment processes resulting in a stronger applicant pool through more targeted and effective recruiting as is evidence by their increase in percentage of corps members achieving the highest level of academic gains.
