12th Annual Creekview Men’s Basketball Red – White Dinner Please join us Thursday, November 12, 2009 Varsity/Junior Varsity Intra Squad Game 6:00 p.m. in the Main Gym All freshman players will be introduced before the game and welcome to attend the dinner with their families. Preseason Team Dinner in the Cafeteria immediately following the game. “Pot Luck Dinner” including sub sandwiches, dessert and drinks. Each family is asked to bring a side dish of their choice. To comply with UIL Rules, each player must pay $2.00 for his meal. Please sign and return the form below to confirm payment of meal and number attending by November 6.
