Leaving and Settling In Wow! What an experience we have already had! The month of October was extremely busy with saying goodbye to family and packing. One of the highlights of the month was our visit to the Farmington church in West Virginia. The junior high class held a “Pennies for Peru” project, where they raised money to buy some medical supplies

for us to bring with us to Peru. They raised enough money to be able to do a number of things for us and our team, and they presented it all to us one Sunday night after church. It was very encouraging! Then, on October 26, we moved to Peru. We spent the first three days in Lima, working on paperwork. On Friday, October 30, we

arrived in Cusco. Since words cannot adequately describe this event, we’ve included multiple picture pages to update you on the things we’ve been doing.
