Identification of existing and proposed External-1 Relations Capacity Building Activities Identification of priority areas in which External-2 Relations would have significant impact and ,benefit Identify resources for leveraging, developing-3 .and coordinating External Relations initiatives 4-Recommend Strategies and Tactics for Resource Mobilization.

Suggestions to succeed • increasing access (Information, products, Data, ….) • lowering cost • building human capacity • developing country participation in global networks • Helping countries to develop national strategies for harnessing • Technology transfer • Offering international experts to work with developing countries to help them develop their national strategies • launch a program to provide Internet training in the least developed countries.

Capacity building means different things in different countries. Therefore, we must work closely with others to prioritize capacity building components of the External Relations. What are the common capacity building issues and needs that all External Relations share, if any? How does the Capacity Building balance national priorities with international priorities?

Capacity Building is the means to an end. What is the end?

The main problem is the manager’s believes The bottleneck of the bottle is always on the top

Two important points to remember  Build

up your Capabilities through Capacity Building rather than relying on the others

 Try

to learn how to make the use of the equipments otherwise you may get injured
