FLOW CHART FOR PREPARATION OF MECHANICAL STABILIZED SUB-BASE(G30) Sub grdde will be checked for Compaction and Levels

Preparation of G30 Sub-base Layer as per Section 3700 of GS Sub-base(G30) will be checked compaction,Layer thicksness and Levels

Fail Layer will be re compacted to achieve compaction at mositures with in +/- 2% of OMC

Mechanical Stabilization involves G15materail+Crusher Waste Material

Fail Pass

Spreading of G15 Material+Crusher Waste material

Corrective actions will be taken

Uniform Mixing of Materials to a depth of 250mm(200mm compacted) with the help of Reclaimer to achieve

Material Wil be checked for complience with Table 3702/5 of GS Fail

Necessary corrective actions will be made.Layer will be re compacted to achieve compaction at mositures with in +/- 2% of OMC,

Preparation for Granular Base course Layer of Material CBR >80%
