Powers expressly conferred on the President in any written law enacted after or before the constitution came into effect. In addition to those powers the President has following powers. (h)At the inauguration of the each session of the Parliament to pronounce the government policy. (i)To chair the inauguration sessions of the Parliament. (j)To appoint and receive foreign Diplomats. (k)To appoint President Counsels. (l)To keep the official seal of the state. (m)To declare war and peace. (n)Powers relating to International Treaties and customs.
