Community Reconciliation Service and Potluck Dinner
Advent/Christmas Schedule at the UCC
Please join our First Communion class on Friday Dec 12th at 6pm for a community reconciliation service, this will be their First Reconciliation. The service will be followed by a potluck dinner to celebrate this special event. We hope you can join us! For more information please contact Nick Jackson 837-3229.

Thank You! Marriage Preparation Workshop Nov.’08 was a fullhouse. Beginning in December, the 28 couples will marry in Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Iowa, Georgia, New Mexico, Michigan, Missouri, and in the Texas cities of Brownsville, Palacios, Arlington, Corpus Christi, Lakeway, and Horseshoe Bay—along with Austin and here at the UCC. Bishop Aymond will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation at the UCC on Sunday, April 19 at the 8 p.m. Mass. Any students wishing to be confirmed then should register for weekly classes that will begin on January 27. Jim Harrington and Deacon John will coordinate the gatherings. The on-line confirmation registration form is found at www.utcatholic.org. There is a $30 fee, and all registrants will need to provide their baptismal certificates. The Sisters of the Holy Cross are on a mission to reinvigorate their Holy Cross Associates Program in Central Texas! The popular American one-act opera based on the Adoration of the Magi is a tender, heartwarming story about a poor crippled shepherd boy, his devoted mother and a knock on the door which changed their lives forever.
