National Human Rights Commission 

Established under the protection of human rights act on the 12th of October, 1993



The commission has been deeply concerned about the rights of the person with disabilities and their capacity building in this regard

Conclusion Human rights are for every individual which can fulfill their needs and become a route of prosperity, while in India our constitution have full prospects for his implication but the real result would come out when each one think about others rights.
