CIRCULAR TO ALL BRANCHES L OFFICES Micro, Small Enterprises (MSE) Introduction of Simplified Loan Proposals forms. MSME-1. For Small Road Transport Operators. MSME-2. For all Micro and Small Enterprises (both Manufacturing and services) For limits up to Rs.25 lakhs. MSME-3. For all Micro and Small enterprises (both manufacturing and Services) for limits Rs.25 lakhs to Rs.2 Crores.
--------------------------Presently various loan proposal forms are used for various activities under Micro & Small Enterprises (Manufacturing and Service) including Professional Self Employed, Retail Trade Business Enterprises and all other service activities. 2. Based on the recommendations of Dr.K.C.Chakrabarty Committee (Working Group on the issues and problems confronting Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), including timely and adequate flow of credit etc) which recommended developing a simple application cum sanction note, we have harmonized the proposal forms across all activities under the MSEs and devised the following simplified proposal forms.

Revised Proposal Forms Transport MSME-1 Proposal form for Small Road Transport Operators irrespective of the Limit L-491A -Proposal form for Professional MSME-2 Proposal form for all Micro and Self Employed I Retail Traders I Small Enterprises (Manufacturing and Business Enterprises Services for limits up to Rs.25 Lakhs) Form L-457 (was renamed as CIC-L1). MSME-2 Proposal form for all Micro and For all other activities other than Small Enterprises (Manufacturing and Schematic Lending for limits up to Services for limits up to Rs.25 Lakhs) RS.10 Lakhs CIC-L 2 Proposal form for exposure MSME-3 for all activities under Micro and exceeding RS.10 Lakhs and up to Small Enterprises (Manufacturing and RS.100 lakhs Services) for limits above RS.25 lakhs upto Rs.200 lakhs ExistinQ Proposal Forms CBD-10-Small Road Operators
