2009 National Order of the Arrow Conference Ittawamba Lodge Registration Form The 2009 National Order of the Arrow Conference will be held on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Ittawamba Lodge is organizing a contingent to travel to and from the conference. The estimated fee for transportation, room and board, conference fee, and miscellaneous travel expenses is estimated to be $ 675.00 at this time. The final price will be finalized as all arrangements are finalized. Information regarding NOAC programs can be found at www.bsa-oa.org Please make plans now to attend. In an effort to support the National Policy of two-to-one youth to adult ratio, we are asking that any adult requesting to attend NOAC as a member of the contingent recruit at least two (2) youth members when submitting their application. Priority is held by adviser positions, and the adult registration is not a first come first served basis. The lodge contingent is limited to seventeen (17) slots. Additional slots may be requested, but additional slots are not guaranteed. We are accepting deposits of $100.00 due by March 20, 2009 to reserve a spot.
