Mark Wade, D.D.S. 790 Grant Road East Wenatchee, WA 98802 Re:

Mike Moore

Dear Mark: Mike presents today. We extracted all the lower remaining teeth. He tolerated the procedure well. We fit your denture and it seems to be fitting nicely. It might be a little bit tight along the lower right canine but that can be smoothed off. It is important that he hang onto as much bone as he can. Thank you. Sincerely, Francis J.V. Collins, M.D., D.D.S., F.F.D. FJVC:db

Jason Tveten, D.D.S. 250 North Chelan Wenatchee, WA 98801 Re:

Miranda Burns

Dear Jason: Miranda was in today. There are a lot of questions about taking the deciduous #13 out but I have advised them that that is what we plan to do. If the bicuspid is an easy out then I will take it. It is probably high up there buccally but it looks as if Dave will not have any plans for that or any room for it. Again, I have appraised them of the fact that we might have to delay it and do it at a later time when the wisdom teeth are taken out. Thank you. Sincerely, Francis J.V. Collins, M.D., D.D.S., F.F.D. Daryl Miller, D.D.S. 241 North Chelan Wenatchee, WA 98801 Re:

Javier Calvillo

Dear Daryl: Javier was in today. He should be a good candidate. However, he has lost a fair amount of buccal bone. If I can get away without grafting, that is good, but I may want to sit with you and see precisely where you want that tooth positioned. Otherwise, we are going to have to augment him or at least expand the plate and see where we go from there. Thank you. Sincerely, Francis J.V. Collins, M.D., D.D.S., F.F.D. FJVC:db

Craig Webster, D.D.S. P.O. Box Y Omak, WA 98841 Re:

Michelle Taylor

Dear Craig: Michelle comes in today. She gives a history of having been locked for three months. I am convinced that she is doing something at night time because she indicates when she wakes up, she is far worse in the morning. It may be that we have to consider a nightguard for her at some stage. In the meantime, I have suggested that we do arthrocentesis on her. I have given her a consent form and we will get her in the office and try to do that in the not too distant future. We will give her a couple of weeks, at which time she might have improved and resolved spontaneously. Thank you. Sincerely, Francis J.V. Collins, M.D., D.D.S., F.F.D. FJVC:db

Jay Magnuson, D.D.S. 201 H Street, S.E. Quincy, WA 98848 Re:

Gail Bratton

Dear :Jay I saw Gail today and extracted the #3. I had thought about grafting it because as you know, she is talking in the long-term about implants. However, there is a lot of infection in there so I chose not to place any graft at this point. Thank you. Sincerely, Francis J.V. Collins, M.D., D.D.S., F.F.D. FJVC:db
