VICARAGE UPDATE Some exciting news on progress with the vicarage. During the week Premier insulation came and installed new insulation in the ceiling of the vicarage and both underfloor insulation and a vapour barrier on the ground underneath. Already our tenant has noticed the difference in warmth in the house. What's more while insulating underneath two leaking pipes were discovered and repaired by Wayne Stanton. So the vicarage is in a much better position and all that remains is to separate the storm and waste water.

AAW AGM Our AAW group is having their AGM on Tuesday at Runanga and one important matter for discussion will be the meeting time. Possibly shifting from evening to afternoon. The AGM will begin with the Eucharist. FREE SEMINAR - ALCOHOL ABUSE Dr Doug Sellman professor of Psychiatry and addiction medicine at Otago University will be speaking at Shantytown on Fri at 7:30pm. His topic is 10 things the Alcohol Industry won't tell you about alcohol. A challenge to stem the tide of alcohol abuse in NZ.
