CIRRUS: They usually mean fair weather. Cumulus clouds look like huge puff of cotton. They are white clouds with regular flat bottoms and curl top. They are low in the sky and they often change their appearance. They appear in the morning and disappear at night. Sometimes these clouds look like animals or familiar things.
