We thank you for taking up the distributionship of Universal Impex products in your State. As per the company policy, in order to have a uniform pricing of Universal Impex products, you are requested not to add margin more than 8% on company’s billing rates. You are also requested to send us one copy of your selling price list, which is required by the company for their reference. Please send us the price list at the earliest. Further, as discussed at the time of appointment, you are allowed to sell the products in your Sate/Territory only.
