The teacher and the students will go over the lyrics to the Beatle’s song ‘Yellow Submarine’.
The teacher and students will sing the song together.
Saying Of the week – ‘I’m stuffed- I’m full of food’

The teacher will go over the last lesson in a quick review with the students.
Acti vity 3: Intr oduct io n to “ any ” and “s ome” (10-15 minu
tes)
The teacher will introduce the basic concepts of “any” and “some” to the class, and they will practice developing statements. (Do you have any apples? Yes we have some apples)
The students will write down the basic sentence format of using “any”, and “some”
Acti vity 5: The Gro cery Sto re Game (20 minutes)
The teacher and one student will play shop owners. Each shop owner will have 5 or 6 cards.
The teacher will write down all the items available on the board.
The students will be prompted to shop at ONE of the stores.
Students will ask the shop owner if they have ‘A,an, or any’
A: What do you need? B: Do you have any Chicken? A: Yes, I have some Chicken/No I don’t have any Chicken.
If the grocery store has the object, then the store owner will give the card to the student.
The first grocery store that sells all it’s objects (cards) is the winner.
