Garcia IV-21 BS Psychology PART II Reaction The research entitled “The Effect of Photographic Objects in Improving the Verbal and Non-Verbal Responses of the Autistic Children Aged 4 and 5 at the Academy of Jesus SPED Class, Las Piñas, City” was precisely a good title. How the problems were stated was good also. This study used the Posttest Only Design was a good one but I think it would be better if the researchers made use of Pretest Posttest True Experimental Research Design because they have at least more time to conduct their experiment. The methodology in the study was not completely stated. I think they must have at least substantiated it. Also, in the findings, the researchers did not discuss the results in terms of numbers and computation. They only describe the qualitative results making it insufficient in terms of the quantitative results. The findings in this research revealed a positive significant effect of using colored photographic objects in improving verbal and non-verbal responses of autistic children. Since it was stated that using Colored Photographic Objects is more effective than using the Black and White Photographic Objects, still the researchers was not able to present a current theory
