WS100 Conformal Coating Wet Stripping System   

Overview      .  The WS100 Conformal Coating Wet Stripping    System is designed specifically for the removal &                                                                               stripping of conformal coatings.             Details        The WS100 is a substantially built, powder     coated & stainless steel constructed unit,    comprising of four batch stainless steel conformal    coating removal tanks complete with lids and rinse    taps.        Each tank in the WS100 unit has a dedicated    diaphragm pump for re‐circulatory, rinsing and  Standard Features    transfer to adjacent tanks together with a drainage      valve to facilitate easy removal of stripping fluid  • Stainless steel work top with raised lip    from each tank directly.  for capture of solvents, sinks and lids for    ease of cleaning      • Individually controlled diaphragm pumps    for rinsing of conformal coating       • Flexible rinse hoses to each tank for  removal of conformal coating  • Drainage access points for easy container  fill & disposal of stripping fluid  • Polycarbonate angled screen for  operator safety & reduced extraction  • Fluorescent lighting in white and UVA for  optimum viewing of conformal coating  removal   

• Single air inlet to supply pumps & single  spigot extraction connection for ease of  set up and installation  • Ample storage space for brushes etc
