Enviromental scanning •before launching wirleless net servivce it is necessory to know enviromental factors that can effect on our service. •Our target maket is ghazikot township that will cover GHaikot township and near some area. •such type of service like Go wireless is also present in Mansehra, but there signal cannot covers GHazikottownship,so we will provide strong signals and extra facilities then go wireless as our competitor provide, there is not such competitor where our target market is there fore in Ghazikot town ship some NGO's offices and home users needs such serivic with low cost and high speed. •There are more then 2000 homes,offices that we can cover with strong signals •Form MDA(Mansehra Development authority) we will have to pay legal fee for launching our service and through proper way we will get permission. •Excluding MDA from government side there is no any restrictions. •there are special type of devices called laecards that are also available in pakistan but at high price so we will import that from china. •the base or main office that we choose will be in GHazikot town ship,we can easily get shop as for our office. •we will fix our main tower in ghazikottownship by taking permission from Mansehra Development athourity bu paying their legal fee. •we are sure and hoping that if we worked hard then gradually with the passage of time we will increase orr customer beacause our biusness will be purely customer oriesnted.
