Backside: Inside (Step inside and help double team). Backer ( If no one inside step up to linebacker). This is a reach block. Kids undersatnd the Inside to Backer.

Play Calling Cues Cross: This only applies to Guards and tackles. If the cue "cross" is called it means the linemen on the playside cross block. Guard will pull back and out and Tackle will block down.

Play Calling Cues Speed:

On Speed plays the LT pulls and blocks the furthest outside defender on the field but goes behind the DE to do it. The HB "load" blocks the DE. The Backside cuts off pursuit useing ITB or (REACH) rule.
