Why do we Need to Pray?
Pray continually; 1 Thessalonians 5:1 Pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith. 2 Thessalonians 3:2 Pray in the Holy Spirit. Jude 1:20 Pray to God that you will not do anything wrong. Not that people will see that we have stood the test but that you will do what is right even though we may seem to have failed. Corinthians 13:7 Pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being. Ephesians 3:16 Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Ephesians 6:18 Pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God Colossians 1:10 When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen.
