Credit Card Authorization Policy: Once an order is submitted into the Customer Center, or through our Order Entry System, Elite Sports Collectibles will charge the credit card on file for the order(s) placed. The card will not be charged until the item is verified in stock, and staged for packing and shipping. Process of payment will include all applicable charges related to the sale of the product including: the items purchased, packing and shipping, drop ship fees. Elite Sports Collectibles also reserves the right to review shipping records up to 90 days from the time the item was shipped to ensure no additional charges or fees were filed by the carrier. Additional charges include, but are not limited to: delivery, pick up, rush shipments, and residential ground. Elite Sports Collectibles will provide written documentation to the Partner to avoid any confusion for the additional items charged to the credit card on file. The Partner also acknowledges that if the credit card)s) on file used for purchase are declined for any reason, Elite Sports Collectibles will “close” the sales order, and make available the inventory that was committed to that order until further notified by the Partner. SIGNATURE ON THIS DOCUMENT AUTHORIZES ELITE SPORTS COLLECTIBLES TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD LISTED ABOVE, OR ANY CREDIT CARD LISTED IN THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT FILE FOR ALL SUMS DUE PAYABLE TO ELITE SPORTS COLLECTIBLES IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTNER AND ELITE SPORTS COLLECTIBLES. A CHARGE MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE BY ELITE SPORTS COLLECTIBLES ON THE PARTNER’S CREDIT CARD AND THIS FORM MAY BE USED TO PROVE AUTHORIZATION FOR THAT CHARGE. In order to open a wholesale/drop ship account with us you must read the following statement and agree to its terms by initialing the box at the end. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY Elite Sports Collectibles. For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances. No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by Elite Sports Collectibles™ through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc). All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: Elite Sports Collectibles™ will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to Elite Sports Collectibles™ and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. Elite Sports Collectibles™ is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, Elite Sports Collectibles™ customer (Retailer) is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by Elite Sports Collectibles™ and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end consumer and/or Elite Sports Collectibles™ customer location. Elite Sports Collectibles™ stands by the quality and craftmanship of all available merchandise. We will work with our Resellers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns. Please note Elite Sports Collectibles™ may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product; Elite Sports Collectibles™ reserves the right to require this information only as needed. Authorization to return product(s) must be obtained in advance and must be made within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise. A return RMA form must be signed in order to validate your return. Pictures for defective parts must also be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so may forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products. All cancelled orders for custom products are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) cancellation fee. There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges made within 5 days of receipt and in original packaging. Products altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged unless permitted by the Seller. All products that are approved for return after 5 days are for order credit only and may incur a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. All products returned must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by the seller to buyer. Special or custom-made orders are not refundable. All electrical or mechanical parts are non-returnable. Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Damaged-shipped merchandise must claim with the freight carrier. Original receipt must be presented for credit or exchange. NO RECEIPT NO REFUND. Drop Ship Policy --- Elite Sports Collectibles will gladly Drop ship our items to you customers for an additional fee of $4.00 per order.
