When I sneeze,
I say: “Alhamdulillah”
ا
which means: ‘All praise is for Allaah’
…and if another Muslim sneezes, I say: Yar-ham-u-kullah which means: ‘May Allaah have mercy upon you.’
…and. the one who sneezed replies: Yah-dikum-ullah wa yus-li-hu baal-u-kum which means: ‘May Allaah guide you and rectify your condition.’
