As a Wine Festival Food Vendor, the following is required of your business: All information and compliance with guidelines required by Forsyth County Health Department for outdoor food sales. WSJS will provide the guideline, should you need them. Passing the on-site health department inspection is totally the responsibility of each food vendor. All required health certificates, proof of insurance and tax ID number Rental of tables and chairs from WSJS’s preferred vendor is available, in which case WSJS will set up your area and it will be ready to occupy by 3PM on June 9th. If you choose to provide your own tent, tablecloths and chairs, these must comply with Festival requirements for white tents, tablecloths and chairs. Sample menu

In the event of rain at a level that negatively affects attendance or causes cancellation, presenting sponsors will receive $2500 in broadcast time to use in June – Aug of 2007.
