CJM hosts the Pastors and Leadership Conference Charles Johnson Ministries held it’s annual Pastor’s and Leadership Conference on October 3. The theme for the event was
“Developing Leaders That Don’t Fail”. Pastor Pamela Johnson was the host and the guests included Bishop Mary McQueen, Evangelist Rachel Lane, Elder Stephanie Drake and psalmist Owen Forbes.

The conference covered all aspects and qualities of an excellent leader. This included topics ranging from hospitality to proper attire to leadership protocol to individual tasks and responsibilities of various leadership positions held within the church.

The conference was filled with Face book: http:// awesome praise and worship, www.facebook.com/group.php? in depth teaching, powerful gid=125261850498 prophesying and helpful reference tools.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work For the past several weeks, the messages have all been centered on teamwork. Both Bishop and Pastor have taught on this subject and given us several principles needed for every member of The Well Team. Some of these include: “The Elements of a Good Team”, There’s No “I” in Team”, “Play Your Position”,
“The Coach”, “Out of Many...One”, and “The Dream”. The teamwork series has included various interactive demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations.
If you have missed any of the messages in this series, please contact someone in the media
department for the CD. Wednesday night’s Master’s Mind Bible Study has also been a great review of the Sunday morning message. Make sure you come out to get this information and be sure to invite a friend.

Pastor Pam speaks at Duke University Union Baptist Church (Durham, NC) hosted it’s 7th Annual Women of Spirit Prayer Breakfast on October 17, 2009 at Duke University. The theme for the event was
“ Relax Sisters...God is in Control”
came out to show support. Pastor Pam delivered a timely and relevant message catered to everyone in attendance as only she can. Thank you for your continued support of Pam Johnson Ministries.
