Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children This is a very popular intelligence test for children aged 6 through 16. It is a normreferenced test of intelligence or aptitude (ability). This test should be only administered under the supervision of a registered psychologist. The testing time is approximately 1½ hours and the test is administered individually. Test results give three overall scores: Verbal Scale, Performance Scale, and Full Scale. The Verbal Scale is made up of 6 sub-tests Subtest

There is no sound evidence that anything such as an IQ exists, and professionals will always refer to this number by what it really is: an IQ Test Score).

Kauffman Test of Educational Achievement This is an individual, norm-referenced test of achievement. The grade range is 1-12 and produces standard and percentile scores.

Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test – Revised This is a standardized, individual test of receptive single-word vocabulary, designed to assess an individual’s receptive vocabulary for English. The age range is 2½ - 40 years and it takes 10-20 minutes to administer. (Picture is presented to elicit a response.)
