The website shall be in the English language. Requirements to have the website translated or created in any other language shall be charged accordingly for. Complete material in a computer friendly format, before any development of the website begins. Any requirements of transforming any data to computer friendly format on the company’s behalf shall be taken up as an extra service and charged for accordingly Payment terms as defined above, failing which website shall be locked till further agreement. All payments are non-refundable All data / material provided by client shall be his / her responsibility, and the company deems the material as the client’s property and the client shall not hold the company (Viaduct) responsible in case of copyright infringements or any kind of law suit arising due to client’s behavior. Any racial, religious, political or other remarks and / or data, along with all data on the website are the client’s responsibility. The company is not to be held liable for any such remarks or data. Viaduct shall set forth a deadline and schedule for the website development and delivery, setting up points of material delivery from the client along with other confirmations, resulting to the final website design / development and delivery. The client is required to meet the schedule from their part, failing which no guarantees of the website delivery with relevance to time are made. The company may charge extra if required in such cases. The company shall be providing the client with a design, and complete requirements specifications for confirmation, which once confirmed, are to be sealed and delivered as written. Any changes to the specifications after sealing shall be charged extra for. Any updates to website shall be dealt with on requirements basis. No updates or maintenance is included in this website package Once the website has been set up and provided to the client in running condition, any problems occurring in it shall be thought of as operational indifference on the client’s part, and shall not be the company’s responsibility to handle it or fix it without charging any fee. This proposal is valid if approved and confirmed within 1 working week(s) only. New proposal may be provided in cases where validity has expired. Terms, prices and other elements may change in update proposal.
Maintenance: No maintenance is included in this current package. A monthly retainer package could be set for any preset number of updates, or each update may be taken up on a per case basis. *the above terms and agreement are for all project elements described in this document, where and as applicable.
