The second weakness is that LC-1 was too scientific, and consumer did not quite understand that LC-1 was a food and not drug. 2.2.4. The company’s exports is not consistent .But they have a great export of Coffee (around 67% of the exports were that of Nescafe instant to Russia ).Historically , Russia has been a very volatile market for Nestle , and its overall performance takes a hit often due to this factor.
