3:38 pm There are times I don’t understand why it is hard to KEEP a friendship? 7:12 pm Friendship? What does it really mean? How do you define it? What is the scope of work to be a friend? How do you measure the SLA of a friendship? Do you go through a requirement study? Will you sign off the UAT? Does it need to go through the SIT cycle? After achieving all the stages, you will approve for Go-Live? Both parties will agree to sign off and say yes it’s LIVE?
One Evening in July, few days a!er the a!ernoon 5:48 pm Maybe it needs to have FSD. Followed by TSD. So both parties understand the Friendship system. 8:32pm When shit hits the fan, will there be a helpdesk to get help? What is the 1800 number I should lodge my report to? How do I follow up on my ticket numer? How is the maintenance? How to maintain a Friendship? How frequent does it need to do Housekeeping? Will there be an audit trail? Does it affect any KPIs? !

More and more days a!er the one evening 7:22 pm I don’t understand the process, not clear on the objective and the expectations. Maybe I need to be getting a refresher training of Friendship 9:15pm How do I apply or order a new friendship? Do I need to submit my proposal? And work myself to get shortlisted? Is there online bidding or tender I have to place my bid? 11:48pm Do you have a blueprint of a friendship? The whole picture of friendship design and direction.
Months a!er that one evening 7:48 am I gave up... 10:00 am Maybe not... 4.34pm Is it worth keeping it? I think there’s a threshold in usage of friendship.
