Water- Pump Control Project Objectives: This project is aimed to design an automatic on-off controller for a water pump corresponding to the water level in a tank which water is pumped to. Description: There are two water levels considered; the high level and the low level. Let’s denote the levels H level and L level. When the water is lower than the level, the state of the level is said to be 0; and when the water is higher than the level, it is said to be 1. The power to the pump is denoted 1 for on, and 0 for off. Then we have the relation between the water level and the pump. H level 0 0 1

In the heart of the circuit for performing this operation, I used a 4027 Dual JK flipflop . The truth table for the 4027 IC is given below:

Automatic Water-Pump control with manual ON-OFF I tested these circuits on my kit, and it worked well. That pretty good.
