Renovation charges are at 460/- per SFT including all Taxes and Service Charges. 460 @ 2550 SFT = 11, 73,000.00 Work Specification is attached to this copy Warranty & Gaurentee: Our water proofing carries 10 yrs written warranty & 5 yrs on pool equipment.
