VOICE SERVICES Voice services continue to make up the largest portion of the Group’s revenue and a wide range of activities have been undertaken over the past year to stimulate growth in voice usage. £26,906m Voice revenue (2008: £24,151m, 2007: £21,597m)

12.5% reduction in outgoing average price per minute.

Tariffs:  

Wide range of tariffs and propositions on offer. Include a range of unlimited value offers, which have been particularly appealing to customers and stimulate voice usage growth.

Vodafone Passport: 

Enables customers to “take their home tariff abroad” offering greater price transparency and certainty to customers.

Messaging SERVICES

Allowing customer to send and receive messages

Send and receive text messages as well as multiple media messages. Usage Growth of 30.9% in the year 2009.
