Način pripreme Višnje oprati. Na 1 litar vode dodati 300-400 grama šećera. Sirup prokuvati i prohladiti. U tegle ređati višnje i preliti ih ohlađenim sirupom. Šerpu prekriti peškirom ili krpom, ređati u tegle i sipati vodu. Prokuvati i kada višnje počnu da se okreću u tegli, vaditi tegle i poklopiti ih.
