Activity proposed: I, Janyce M. Brandon, do hereby propose that ____________________________________ sponsor the OOTM Activity, (Activity)____80’s Prom_______ on (date)___January 30,2010___ at (time)___8 pm____. Details regarding each party’s contributions, scheduling, fees, benefits, and any other pertinent information are below and/or attached. Hosts will automatically receive the benefits outlined on the “Sponsor Agreement Form” based upon their level of contributions. OOTM recognizes contributions as cash, coupons, goods, services, equipment, or resource materials used to further the experience, brand, and event. Contributions may pertain to the planning, marketing, implementing, or evaluations of OOTM (or a combination of the aforementioned). Event Description: • •

A mock prom, with an 80’s theme. Live band or DJ depending on sponsorship level and the benefits ______ are seeking to gain. Location: the Vail Plaza (also the “Out on the Mountain” Vail’s 2010 Gay Ski Week host property). The Vail Plaza is located in the heart of Vail Village and will be accessible from all OOTM lodging properties. The 80’s Prom is the biggest party of “Out on the Mountain” winter 2010, sponsorship of the winter week will includes an automatic $400 credit to level of sponsorship for OOTM Summer, scheduled for July 28- Aug. 1, 2010.
