Request pls approve cheque of Rs 70,95,000/- favouring “Lake View Developers”. Ventura Premises – Powai 1)Exact carpet area – 1811sft on ground floor + 163 sft = Total 1974 sft C.A (added for providing lobby behind store for use to get supplies). 2)Rent – 2750 (builtup) - @ Rs 215 = Rs 5,91,250/- pm. 3)Payment of 11 month rent and reducing the same from deposit is not possible,since Hiranandani policy is to maintain atleast 12 month’s deposit from any tenant. 4)Escalation of Security deposit = We have discussed this point with Mr Gupta who has said that once the cheque is ready,we can discuss the possibility of waiving off the escalation clause. We have to give security deposit today since security deposit must be paid on signing of the LOI. Request kindly release payment today,since Mr Gupta has asked us to get it by today afternoon.
