USE CASE SIS-1: CREATE STUDENT Primary Actor: Head Clark Stakeholders: & Interests: -Head Clark: wants accurate, fast entry & easy search of the students. Pre conditions: User is identified & authenticated. Success Guarantee (Post condition): Student is saved. Brief description: This use case allows Head Clark to create student & his/her details. Main success (Basic Flow): 1. Head Clark selects Add Student. 2. Head Clark allots College Id. 3. Head Clark enters Student Name, Father Name, Date of birth, NIC Number (if eligible), Permanent Address, and Postal Address, Contact Number (s). 4. System assigns the Student a Department. 5. System records Student & its details. Extensions (Alternate Flow): The Student is already entered. System displays the alert & discards the Student entry.

Pre conditions: User is identified & authenticated. Success Guarantee (Post condition): Subjects are saved. Brief description: This use case allows Head Clark to create subject & its details. Main success (Basic Flow): 1. Head Clark selects Add Subject. 2. Head Clark allots Subject code. 3. System records Subjects & their codes. Extensions (Alternate Flow): The Subject is already entered. System displays the alert & discards the Subject entry.

USE CASE SIS-3: ADD MARKS OBTAINED Primary Actor: Head Clark Stakeholders: & Interests: -Head Clark: wants accurate, fast entry & easy search of the particular subject marks of the student. Pre conditions: User is identified & authenticated. Success Guarantee (Post condition): Marks is saved. Brief description: This use case allows Head Clark to add marks obtained by the student in a particular subject. Main success (Basic Flow): 1. Head Clark selects Add marks obtained. 2. Head Clark enters obtained subject marks. 3. System records Student & its obtained subject marks. Extensions (Alternate Flow): The subject marks obtained by the student is already entered. System displays the alert & discards the Subject obtained marks entry.
