Is a silvery-gray metallic chemical element in the actinide series of the period table that has the symbol U and atomic number is 92. It has 92 protons and 92 electrons, 6 of them valence electrons. It can have between 141 and 146 neutrons, with 146 (U-238) and 143 in its most common isotopes. Atomic Number: 92 Atomic Radius: 138.5 pm Atomic Symbol: U Melting Point: 113C Atomic Weight: 238.029 Boiling Point: 4131 C Electron Configuration: Oxidation State:  6, 5, 4 [Rn]7s25f36d1

Note : Uranium is located at the bottom of the Periodic Table!!!

Uranium is credited to German chemist name Martin Heinrich Klaproth. While he was working in his experimental laboratory in Berlin in 1789. Where can you find Uranium? Tiny amounts of uranium are found almost everywhere.
