Administrative Order 09-8
Order Replacing Administrative Order 08-3 and Readopting Interim Bankruptcy Rule 5012 /
The court determined that Administrative Order 08-3 “Status of Interim Bankruptcy Rules Adopted by Administrative Order 05-4 Upon 12/01/08 Effective Date of Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure,” with the exception of the provision addressing Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5012, has been rendered moot as a result of subsequent amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Accordingly it is ORDERED that, effective December 1, 2009: 1.
This Order replaces Administrative Order 08-3.
2.
Interim Bankruptcy Rule 5012 is re-adopted and shall remain in effect until further order of this court or until the effective date of a subsequent final version of Bankruptcy Rule 5012.
