Take Account before you Give Account Idea: We live in the Day of Judgment. Four times a year we take part in a service that illustrates the judgment-day life. The way we prepare for that service is the way we must prepare for Christ's coming. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. 1 Co 11:28-32 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. Ps 26:2 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves.
